Our office utilizes an electronic records system called Simple Practice.
Simple Practice provides clients with a preference for text, email or voice appointment reminders, online scheduling and re-scheduling options, a client portal to access your assessments and, most importantly, HIPAA secure communication with Valerie.
Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will be emailed a link and temporary password for you to use to establish your personal client portal. Inside the portal, you will be asked to complete our forms and billing information prior to your appointment date.
